Park Square Multi-Family Division/Sunpark Company has selected ACi Architects to design a new prototype for its proposed apartment complex next to the Valencia College Osceola Campus in Kissimmee. ACi Architects serves as the Design Architect/Architect-of-record and AVCON serves as the project Civil Engineer.

The team met Tuesday with Kissimmee‘s Development Review Committee to review the new site plan, which adds density from 350 to potentially 384 units.

The new site plan maintains the two 5,000 square foot commercial buildings along E192 with the apartment complex completely redesigned. It now includes four residential buildings surrounding a lake. Those 4 and 5 story buildings would have a total of 312 units, including 20 studio apartments.

The clubhouse and pool would overlook the lake, while the leasing office would be located in a separate building at the front of the complex.

The clubhouse area will be private with a lounge area, fitness center and yoga room. This project will also introduce a new “concierge concept” in the lobby of each residential building with mail boxes and secure package delivery area, along with bike storage and vending machines.

The complex will also be pet-friendly with a dog park and trails, a dog wash area and each building will have a laundry facility specifically for pet bedding.
