COMBINING TECHNOLOGY AND HUMANITY.

Technology is changing at a rapid pace. Discovery and innovation demand architects who understand this and have the expertise to design for it. Even if “it” hasn’t come yet. ACArchitects has a distinct understanding of every detail that goes into the design and development for distribution facilities that house medical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing abilities. We understand the importance of these facilities and how the layout and design helps to elevate the success and function once it is operational.  Structures depend on technology more and more at the turn of each day.  It’s essential we stay ahead of change in the advances of what’s offered to make the use of a structure more efficient  and effective for our client. The investment the client makes in technological components for their project continues to be vital through different layers of design. Varying from audio and visual systems, Information technology (IT), security technologies and building energy management (LEED), all areas of building and design for Civic+Community, Higher Education, Hospitality+Entertainment, Technology, Mixed Use, Multi Family and Transit Oriented Development experience this.

ACi Architects understands that engaging with technology goes further than the standard walls of the design and development process. Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporate Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility in South Carolina is a tremendous example of a project where the awareness and importance of a technological facility is a design success. The 482,000SF facility is located on a parcel of 100 acres and includes office and manufacturing space that are used to produce various lines of medications for the company. We invite you to explore more about this dynamic and complex project we are proud to call one of our own.

Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporate Complex

“We are excited to start this new facility with the architectural team from ACi Architects. Their ability to design buildings that are both sustainable and functional is what cemented our partnership when we first developed our facility in Orlando. We look forward to bringing their expertise to our South Carolina campus.”
