The Baldwin Park Residences Conceptual Study was visual representation of a thriving 1,650,000 gsf community with a 1,100 internal parking structure tucked away from highway sound surrounded by luxury.  This  joint partnership between Pritzker Development of Baldwin Park and ACi Architects of Winter Park, Florida would have seen 8-story multi-family housing, condominium, and townhome combination early twentieth Century Florida Mediterranean style housing.
